Shipping & Return Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are handled, shipped, delivered, returned, and refunded when you purchase from FUBBIX. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1) Shipping Information

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining U.S. states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • Certain states, cities, or regions where shipping is not feasible

If an order is placed with an address we cannot service, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Order Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Handling time refers to order preparation and fulfillment and is not included in the shipping or delivery timeframe.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS. In some cases, another carrier may be used at our discretion. Customers cannot request or select a specific carrier.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, or due to carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Free Shipping

If free shipping is offered on an order, it does not mean shipping is free for us. We still pay the carrier to ship your order.

For this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable, even when free shipping was applied at checkout.

2) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

3) Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 60 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must generally be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Unprogrammed and uncut (for keys and remotes)
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

All returns require authorization before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to non-defective returns.

The restocking fee:

  • Is deducted from the item price only
  • Does not include shipping costs we paid to ship the order to the customer

Shipping Cost Deductions

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order qualified for free shipping.

4) Refunds

Full Refunds

A full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs) is offered only if:

  • The item is defective, or
  • The item is not as described on the product page

In these cases, we may request photos, videos, or additional information to verify the issue before issuing a refund.

Non-Defective Returns

If a return is due to incorrect ordering, compatibility not verified before purchase, or a change of mind, the refund will be issued minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.

5) Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been programmed or attempted to be programmed
  • Cut or modified keys
  • Installed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without authorization

6) Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for the return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
